Born and Bred in the Western city that just seems to be pouring out eons of solid talent, whether it be pop, rock or hip hop, comes the next big thing THE FREAK RADICALS! Meet Hiro (resident beat provider) and DeLaRuse (lyrical technician). Bursting onto the live scene in spring 2002, this freaky duo have not looked back. Their countless performances across the country has earned them a reputation as on one of the most unique, infectious and hard hitting break beat collectives in town!

But it's not all about in your face breaks.. this is lyrics like liquid with a satirical edge and rock solid production, that, quite frankly, is not like anything else out there! A mind-bending blend of jazz, pop, dub, electronica, p-funk, r&b, breaks mashed up with the smooth drawl that is DeLaRuse and one can only begin to describe and imagine just how freaky these radicals are. Add some awe-inspiring vocals from Angie Giles and you have a certain slice of warped disco to boot.

Highlights of this booming debut come in the form of "Where Does It Go From Here" with a cranking p-funk-esque chorus, the wicked jazz groove of "Afghanistan" and the slap bass funk of "Drive It". Whether you just want to dance or enhance your mind, The Freak Radicals are guaranteed to make you get up and groove.
